Jim's Auto Body is looking for an experienced Collision Repair Estimator to join our team. Are you an experienced estimator who knows how to write a complete, accurate estimate and keep a repair moving? Minimum 3 years of collision repair estimating experience I-CAR certification preferred/required Strong working knowledge of CCC Solid understanding of collision repair procedures and estimating Ability to write accurate, thorough estimates and supplements Ability to communicate effectively with customers, technicians, parts personnel, management, and insurance representatives Excellent customer service skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to prioritize multiple jobs and deadlines Positive attitude and professional demeanor Must be a team player Must be comfortable working in a high-paced, high-volume environment Benefits of joining our team as an Experienced Service Writer /
