Job Responsibilities:

The sales manager will be responsible for the sales success of the dealership by effectively managing the staff, planning and developing short and long term goals, and meeting the objectives set by upper management. Manage, hire, and train sales staff Professional management style that sets the example for enthusiasm, productivity and accountability and desire to develop personnel. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of used vehicles to assess overall condition, including mechanical systems, body integrity, and cosmetic appearance Utilize advanced estimating software and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating tools to determine repair costs and vehicle value Evaluate damages and determine necessary repairs by collaborating with auto body repair shops and automotive repair specialists Perform detailed damages evaluation and property damage claims analysis for insurance purposes Negotiate with customers, insurance adjusters, and repair facilities to reach fair and accurate vehicle valuations Process insurance claims efficiently by reviewing auto insurance policies, underwriting criteria, and claims documentation Prepare comprehensive reports on vehicle damages, repair estimates, and appraisals for internal use or insurance claims processing Skills Extensive knowledge of auto insurance policies, automobile claims procedures, and property damage claims management Proficiency in estimating for automotive body repair using industry-standard software and tools Strong negotiation skills to facilitate fair settlements between customers, insurers, and repair shops Mechanical knowledge of automotive systems to accurately assess damages and repairs needed Experience working in the automotive repair industry or auto restoration environments is highly desirable Ability to analyze vehicle damages thoroughly and evaluate costs with precision Excellent customer service skills to communicate appraisal findings clearly and professionally Familiarity with auto service management practices and auto estimating techniques Technical proficiency in computer-aided vehicle damage estimating software and Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of auto body repair processes, auto restoration techniques, and auto service operations Ability to handle automobile claims efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Used Car Appraiser where your expertise will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional service.
