Property Damage (PD) Adjuster Superior Underwriters - 3.0 Las Vegas, NV Job Details Full-time 1 hour ago Qualifications Mid-level Analysis skills 2 years Communication skills Full Job Description Job Summary Basica and Superior Underwriters is seeking a bilingual, detail-oriented and customer-focused Property Damage (PD) Adjuster to handle auto claims involving vehicle repairs. This role is responsible for evaluating damage, coordinating inspections, and negotiating repair costs to ensure a fair and efficient claims process. The position requires strong communication skills, technical knowledge of vehicle repairs, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage assigned auto property damage claims from start to finish. Evaluate vehicle damage and determine the extent of loss using internal guidelines and estimating tools. Coordinate inspections with repair shops, appraisers, and third-party vendors. Review and analyze repair estimates for accuracy and compliance with policy provisions. Negotiate repair costs with repair facilities and claimants to ensure fair settlement. Communicate with policyholders, claimants, and vendors in a professional and timely manner. Maintain accurate claim file documentation and adhere to regulatory and internal compliance standards. Collaborate with internal team members including liability adjusters and customer service representatives.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required, college degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in auto property damage claims handling or a related field. Bilingual (English/Spanish). Knowledge of vehicle construction, repair techniques, and estimating platforms (e.g., CCC, Mitchell). Strong negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to work effectively in a remote or field-based environment. Valid adjuster license in Texas or Nevada, as applicable.

Familiarity with virtual estimating or photo-based claims tools. Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
