Job Description

About the Role Performance Toyota Volvo is seeking an experienced Collision Manager to lead and grow our collision repair department. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the collision center — from estimating and production management to team leadership and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day collision center operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely vehicle delivery Write accurate and competitive repair estimates using CCCOne estimating software Coordinate with insurance adjusters, technicians, and parts departments to streamline repair processes Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout the repair cycle Lead, coach, and develop a team of collision technicians and support staff Track and report on key performance indicators including cycle time, CSI scores, and gross profit Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and manufacturer repair standards Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurers, and vendor partners Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues with professionalism Requirements Proven experience as a Collision Manager or similar leadership role in an automotive collision center Proficiency in CCCOne estimating software — required Strong knowledge of collision repair processes, insurance claims, and parts procurement Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a production team Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills Ability to read and interpret repair orders, technical bulletins, and insurance documents Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Compensation & Schedule Annual salary starting at $90,000 (commensurate with experience) Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM — consistent schedule, no weekends Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision — details provided at interview) Paid time off and holidays Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Why Performance Toyota Volvo?
