We're looking for an experienced Remote Collision Estimator who delivers exceptional customer service and accurate repair estimates. In this role, you'll work directly with customers, assess vehicle damage, and develop detailed repair plans that ensure a smooth repair process from start to finish. This position requires frequent travel to off-site locations to inspect vehicles, gather information, and prepare accurate estimates for collision repairs. Role Responsibilities:

Inspect vehicle damage and prepare accurate repair estimates Create repair plans, including parts, labor, and paint costs Guide customers through the repair process with exceptional service Partner with technicians to ensure quality repairs Work with insurance companies to coordinate claims and approvals Travel to off-site locations to assess vehicles as needed
