Job Description Cox Automotive is seeking an Automotive Estimator/Auditor II Specialist to evaluate vehicle condition, repair estimates, and audit appraisal data across our digital and remarketing platforms. In this role, you will review repair orders, verify labor and parts pricing, ensure compliance with company standards, and support dispute resolution with dealers and partners. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve estimating accuracy, leverage data tools to identify trends, and provide feedback that enhances valuation models. Responsibilities Evaluate vehicle condition and repair estimates for accuracy and completeness Audit appraisals, repair orders, and related documentation for compliance with standards Verify labor, parts pricing, and fees using internal tools and industry guides Collaborate with dealers and internal teams to resolve estimate discrepancies Use data and reporting tools to identify trends and recommend process improvements Ensure adherence to company policies, quality benchmarks, and customer commitments Document findings and maintain accurate records within Cox Automotive systems Support cross-functional projects to enhance valuation and estimating workflows Required Skills Automotive damage estimating Collision repair knowledge Audit and quality review Estimating software (e.g., CCC ONE, Audatex) Data entry and record-keeping MS Excel and reporting tools Pricing and labor rate analysis Compliance and standards interpretation Written and verbal communication Dispute resolution
