Job Description Cox Automotive is seeking an Automotive Estimator/Auditor II Specialist to evaluate vehicle condition, damages, and repair costs across our digital and physical remarketing channels. In this role, you will review inspection reports, photos, and repair estimates, ensure pricing accuracy, and audit vendor and internal estimates for compliance with Cox standards. You'll collaborate with operations, finance, and client teams to resolve discrepancies and improve estimation quality. Using industry tools and data, you'll support accurate vehicle valuations that power Cox brands and enable confident decisions for dealers, OEMs, and consumers. Responsibilities Evaluate vehicle condition, damage, and repair needs using reports, photos, and data tools Prepare and validate repair cost estimates aligned with Cox standards and market pricing Audit internal and vendor estimates to ensure accuracy and compliance Identify and resolve pricing or documentation discrepancies with operations and finance teams Support accurate vehicle valuations for remarketing, retail, and digital platforms Document estimate findings and maintain detailed records for audit purposes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve estimation and audit processes Use industry software and valuation tools to benchmark and refine estimates Required Skills Automotive damage estimation Collision repair knowledge Cost estimating and pricing analysis Audit and quality review CCC/Audatex/Mitchell or similar tools Data interpretation and documentation Excel and reporting tools Process improvement basics Customer and vendor communication Compliance with estimation standards
