BRANCH MANAGER

Build customer relationships and grow branch sales. Process loans, payments, and collections. Manage cash handling and daily branch operations. Ensure compliance with company policies. Deliver outstanding customer service. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to work a full-time, 40-hour Monday-Friday schedule. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to commute to and/or relocate to Hamilton, AL before starting work. Successful completion of pre-employment screenings. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor. Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members. Previous experience in retail management, office management, banking, lending, collections, sales, or customer service is preferred.
