- Oversee daily branch operations, audits, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Drive deposit growth, sales, referrals, and customer retention.
- Build and maintain strong consumer and business banking relationships.
- Resolve complex customer issues and account servicing needs.
- Monitor branch performance, expenses, and operational quality.
- Develop community and business relationships to support branch growth. Requirements
- 7+ years of branch banking experience.
- 5+ years of branch management experience.
- 3+ years managing complex business and consumer accounts.
- Proven sales success and experience growing a branch.
- Strong leadership, coaching, customer service, and communication skills.
- Experience hiring, training, and managing employee performance.
- Active involvement in local business/community organizations preferred.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and banking systems.
- California driver's license, reliable vehicle, and appropriate insurance required.
- Notary Public certification preferred.
