What You'll Do Recruit, hire, train, and develop your team of technicians Drive customer retention through consistent, high-quality service and fast resolution of concerns Run daily and weekly cadences with your team to hit production, safety, and quality targets Manage route density and scheduling efficiency to keep the branch running lean Coach performance issues early and directly, with the clarity your team deserves Ensure full compliance with state and local pesticide licensing, safety, and vehicle regulations Partner with sales leadership to make sure what customers were sold matches what they experience Own full P&L responsibility for your branch (revenue growth, cost control, and profitability) What You Bring Prior pest control industry experience is a plus.
