As Branch Supervisor, you'll guide daily operations, support a motivated team, and build trusted relationships with customers and vendors. You'll work hands-on to connect strategy with action, encourage learning and growth, and keep the branch running safely and smoothly.Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (8-hour shift)Responsibilities:
Manage branch performance, including sales, operations, and financials Support and grow a capable, engaged team Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors Carry out local sales plans with attention to real customer needs Oversee pricing, inventory, and logistics to keep things running efficiently Promote a safety-conscious work environment Help team members develop skills and prepare for future opportunitiesQualifications:
Experience leading teams in sales and operations Comfort with financials and using data to guide decisions A collaborative, coaching-focused leadership style A track record of building team trust and consistency Clear, calm problem-solving—even when things move fast Familiarity with process improvement and day-to-day execution Insight into the local market and what matters to your customers At Ferguson, we care for each other. - $28.78
- $43.20
- Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
- This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
- Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
