3-Month Contract Are you a recruiter who enjoys staying busy, building candidate pipelines, and working on multiple openings at once? We are partnering with a growing organization in Westminster that is looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition professional to join its team for a three-month contract. This person will step into an active recruiting environment and help support a high volume of hiring needs. This is a great opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running, enjoys connecting with candidates, and wants to make an immediate impact.

Duties:

Manage a high volume of open positions across multiple departments Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels Conduct initial candidate screens and evaluate experience against position requirements Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current openings Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the interview process Manage recruiting activity and candidate information within the applicant tracking system Assist with job postings, candidate outreach, interview coordination, and offer-related activities Provide a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through the hiring process Requirements of the

Previous recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience Experience supporting high-volume recruiting strongly preferred Ability to manage multiple open positions and candidate pipelines simultaneously Strong sourcing and candidate outreach skills Experience working within an applicant tracking system LinkedIn Recruiter experience is a plus
