Responsibilities:
Perform, plan, direct, and monitor branch Sales/Marketing activities to best ensure established goals and profit margins are met or exceeded. Manage CRM platform daily Manage and provide direction to branch staff Conduct/Lead branch outside sales, and marketing to ensure goals are met or exceeded, Dispatch best fit candidates to clients Monitor and implement safety issues Prepare and submit required reports and financial information as required. Any other responsibilities assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous Staffing Industry experience preferred Previous CRM experience preferred Knowledge of the Staffing Industry Strong leadership qualities Ability to work under pressure $55,00 to $60,000 annual salary plus bonuses
