Job Description Yellowstone Landscape seeks a Branch Manager to lead operations for our landscape construction and maintenance branch. In this outdoor, hands-on role, you'll oversee crews, schedules, budgets, and equipment while ensuring safe, high-quality delivery of commercial projects for HOAs, resorts, and municipalities. You'll manage client relationships, drive team performance, and support training and career development. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the landscape construction branch, ensuring project quality, safety, and profitability. Lead, coach, and schedule field crews, foremen, and support staff to meet production goals and client deadlines. Manage project budgets, job costing, and resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment. Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, HOAs, resorts, and municipalities. Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements on all job sites. Coordinate with sales, design, and operations teams to plan and execute construction and installation projects. Monitor site performance, conduct inspections, and resolve issues to maintain high service standards. Recruit, train, and develop team members, supporting career growth and performance management. Prepare branch reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for leadership review. Drive continuous improvement in processes, quality, and customer satisfaction across the branch.
