Responsibilities:

• Enforce access control procedures by verifying identification and granting or denying entry
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security risks or hazards
• Respond to alarms and emergency situations promptly and appropriately
• Write detailed incident reports documenting any security-related incidents or observations
• Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in security is preferred
• Proven experience in loss prevention, law enforcement, or military service is highly desirable
• Familiarity with first aid procedures and CPR certification is a plus
• Strong surveillance skills with the ability to identify suspicious behavior or activities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations calmly and professionally
