Job Description

Branch Manager LDI Landscape — Columbus, GA Full-time

• $60,000-$80,000 per year + company truck LDI Landscape is hiring a Branch Manager to run a commercial landscaping branch. The Branch Manager owns client relationships, field production, crew performance, and day-to-day branch results for apartments, HOAs, and commercial properties. Responsibilities Own the book of work for commercial property managers, HOAs, and multifamily communities Serve as primary client contact for proposals, change orders, issue resolution, and renewals Conduct site walks, prepare estimates, and convert opportunities into contracted work Protect client retention through responsive communication and consistent service quality Identify upsell and expansion opportunities (enhancements, seasonal color, irrigation, weed programs, etc.) Plan, schedule, and oversee daily/weekly production across multiple crews and properties Set and enforce quality standards, safety practices, and job costing discipline Supervise crew leads and field staff; coach performance, attendance, and workmanship Coordinate materials, equipment, subcontractors, and seasonal labor Inspect completed work, close out jobs, and correct deficiencies before client walkthroughs Track production hours, job costs, and efficiency against estimates Manage branch

P&L:

revenue, labor, materials, equipment, and overhead Hire, train, and develop sales and production talent Standardize processes so work is consistent across properties and crews Oversee licensing, insurance, safety, and compliance requirements Report results, pipeline, and operational issues to ownership Support market expansion while protecting service quality in the core book of work What we're looking for Experience in commercial landscaping or property-services operations Proven ability to manage accounts and renew commercial contracts Crew leadership, scheduling, and quality-control experience Comfort with estimating, job costing, and protecting margins Strong communication with property managers and ownership Valid driver's license and ability to work in the field as well as the office Compensation $60,000-$80,000 per year Company truck provided
