opportunity for a Branch Supervisor who is bilingual , fluent in English and Spanish for our very successful Chicago location 60642! We are looking for someone with excellent
CUSTOMER
service skills and a min of 3 years of customer service experience The salary range is between $52,000
  • 55,000 per year PLUS an additional monthly bonus potential of $1,000! (Most of our supervisors do qualify to receive the bonus each month) This is a Full Time Days (8 hrs per day) Monday
  • Friday position, NO weekends required!

This vital role involves managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards
WE WILL TRAIN YOU
There are 3 Supervisors in our Chicago location, so the work load is shared between the 3 Supervisors The Branch Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and ongoing support of the Homecare Caregivers to ensure the delivery of high-quality in-home services. The Branch Supervisor is to monitor the Homecare Caregivers performance diligently, collects information regarding changes in participant condition, and ensures proper staffing levels to comply with all applicable regulatory agencies. The Branch Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of service coordination to maintain, strengthen and safeguard the functioning of older adults and people with disabilities in their own homes per the authorized Plan of Care. The Branch Supervisor manages caseloads of up to and supervises up to 130 Homecare Caregivers ( Three Supervisors at the Branch, split the case load) Main Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited
  • Assists participants with the coordination of non-medical in-home services and supports in accordance with the authorized Plan of Care..
  • Notifies the Branch Manager on critical events related to service delivery and/or participant/employee accidents, injuries, or deaths within the same business day.
  • Ensures the confirmation of all rendered scheduled visits, performs schedule adjustments, and/or coordinates make-up visits to maintain service utilization at over 90% of the participant authorized Plan of Care.
  • Ensures adequate and permanent staffing levels to avoid interruption of services.
  • Resolves participant and/or employee complaints within the scope of authority and established company protocols.
  • Monitors and collects purchase receipts from homecare caregivers for the delivery of essential shopping/errands as stated in the Plan of Care.
  • Plans, prepares, and documents participant weekly calls (DHS requirement only), and monthly conferences (supervision) for each assigned Homecare caregiver.
  • As deemed necessary, executes progressive disciplinary actions to reinforce adherence to company policies that may include caregiver suspension or termination of employment.
  • Responsible for annual job performance evaluations for your caregivers
  • In collaboration with the Quality and Compliance Department, ensures the completion of welcome visits as well as in-home supervisory visits (90 days visits for family caregivers and semi-annual visits for regular and/or preferred caregivers).
  • In collaboration with the Quality and Compliance Department, coordinates additional in-home visits to provide hands-on training and assistance to caregivers, as needed.
  • Ensures compliance with program provisions governed by IDOA, IDPH, DHS-ORS, Managed Care Organizations and VA.
  • Assists with quarterly internal Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement (QAPI) review of participant and employee files.
  • Performs other duties as directed by the
Branch Manager Qualifications:
A high school diploma or GED diploma is required. Combination of skills and experience that indicate that the applicant can perform the supervisory activities. Certification of completion of IDOA's sponsored
CCP-HOST
training within 90 days of employment regarding policy and procedures, billing, evaluation, homecare aide and participant files, etc.
  • Ensures completion of the required annual in-service training (24 hours).
Skilled in making effective verbal and written communications with subordinates, co-workers, participants, caregivers, and referral sources. Skilled in identifying participant needs within the context of in-home services authorized by referral sources. Ability to complete supervisory tasks and comply with program policies and procedures within a multi-phased, fast-paced work environment. Ability to resolve participant and employee concerns within regulatory parameters. General knowledge of data entry and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Exceptional communication skills to effectively liaise with staff, patients, families, and external agencies Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional home care services.
