This position is ideal for someone with home health experience who is comfortable building a branch from the ground up, developing referral relationships, hiring staff, and managing client services. Duties Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard caregivers Hire and coordinate with the branch nurse Receive and respond to new client referrals Conduct client intake and coordinate the start of services Maintain appropriate caregiver staffing for client needs Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners Ensure client and employee documentation is completed accurately and timely Monitor client satisfaction and address service concerns Support branch growth through strong operational and staffing practices Ensure operations remain compliant with company policies and applicable home health requirements Requirements Previous home health or home care experience required Previous management, supervisory, or branch operations experience strongly preferred Experience with caregiver recruitment and staffing Experience with client intake and admissions Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of branch operations Ability to manage multiple priorities in a growing office Knowledge of home health operations, documentation, and compliance expectations Join us as a Branch Manager - Home Health , where your leadership will shape the future of community-based healthcare services!
