Job Description

Job Summary We're looking for a Branch Manager to be the hub that keeps everything running in our Wichita operation. This person will be the daily heartbeat of the shop — coordinating the team, keeping customers happy, managing the front office, and making sure the right tech gets to the right job at the right time. You'll work closely with our leadership team in Phoenix and have real ownership over the day-to-day success of our Wichita branch. No locksmith or security industry experience is needed. If you're organized, you care about people, and you're the kind of person who makes things run smoothly wherever you go — we want to talk to you. We'll teach you the rest. Responsibilities Manage daily branch operations — opening the shop, coordinating schedules, and ensuring the team has what they need to succeed Serve as the primary point of contact for customers walking in, calling in, or following up on service Coordinate dispatching and scheduling of technicians in partnership with our centralized dispatch team in Phoenix Handle invoicing, purchase orders, and basic bookkeeping tasks in coordination with our accounting team Monitor inventory, order parts and supplies, and manage vendor relationships locally Hire, onboard, and support team members — be someone the crew trusts and wants to work for Track branch performance and report weekly to ownership on key metrics (revenue, jobs completed, customer feedback) Learn and use ServiceTitan, our field-service management platform, to manage workflows (full training provided) Be the eyes and ears on the ground — flag issues early, celebrate wins, and keep the culture strong Qualifications Organized, reliable, and self-motivated — you don't need someone looking over your shoulder to get things done A natural communicator who builds trust with coworkers, customers, and vendors alike Comfortable with technology — you'll be learning new software and using it daily A problem-solver who stays calm when things get busy or unexpected Someone who takes ownership — when something needs doing, you do it Genuinely interested in leading people and helping a team grow Proven management experience in the retail industry with a strong background in sales team leadership and operational oversight. Demonstrated skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, payroll management, and bookkeeping. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively through managerial communication and training & development initiatives.
