$60,000-$70,000 per year We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead daily operations, develop employees, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can build strong teams, identify opportunities for improvement, and consistently achieve operational and sales objectives.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all branch operations, including distribution, customer service, staffing, human resources, and administration Lead, coach, train, and motivate branch employees to achieve individual and company goals Develop and implement business plans, forecasts, and strategies to support revenue growth and operational performance Identify areas for improvement and implement effective corrective actions Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and applicable regulations Promote a positive, productive, and customer-focused work environment Build relationships within the local community to strengthen the branch's reputation and market presence Share best practices, market intelligence, business opportunities, and operational insights with other branches and company leadership Monitor customer satisfaction and address issues promptly and professionally Qualifications Proven branch management, operations, sales, or leadership experience 5+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, sales, or a related industry preferred Strong knowledge of business operations and industry regulations Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop employees Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Results-driven with a strong customer-service focus Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
