Strongest Candidates will:

• Have 3-5 years in a B2B office environment (staffing, banking, B2B sales)
• Have excellent communication and customer service skills
• Enjoy building client relationships and be visible in the local business community
• Share our core values of integrity, trust, and kindness
• Have experience leading a team or a strong desire to become a local business leader
• Preferably, have a 4-year college degree What your responsibilities will be:
• Lead a small team of people who are here to ensure clients get the talent they need
• Client Relationship Management via phone, email, and in-person communication
• Responsibility for monthly profit & loss statements and manage for growth
• Basic office tasks like phones, spreadsheets, scanning documents, office supply management
• Be visible in the community through the Chamber of Commerce, SHRM and nonprofit activities What you will receive:
