What You'll Do As Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance and success of your location, including:

Lead & Develop:

Coach, motivate, and hold your team accountable to high standards.

Drive Sales:

Develop new business, strengthen existing customer relationships, and identify opportunities for growth. Own the

Monitor sales, profitability, expenses, inventory, and other key performance indicators.

You bring:

3+ years of leadership or management experience, preferably in wholesale distribution, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, industrial, or a related industry Strong sales and business-development skills Experience managing and developing employees A track record of achieving goals and improving performance Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities The ability to make decisions, prioritize, and hold others accountable A customer-first mindset and strong business acumen Even better if you have: Wholesale distribution experience HVAC/plumbing industry knowledge Experience managing a sales and warehouse team Experience managing a P&L or branch-level financial performance Why Join Us?
