Job Description

Talent Acquisition Partner Andwell Health Partners Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week | Exempt | Maine Andwell Health Partners is Maine's largest independent nonprofit home and community healthcare organization. We provide home health, hospice, behavioral health, medical, and care management services throughout Maine. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruitment and create a positive, engaging candidate experience. This position will recruit for CNA, PSS, DSP, BHP, TCM, and administrative positions .
Salary:
$50,731-$71,011 Annually What You'll Do Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding. Build candidate relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up. Source candidates through job boards, social media, career fairs, community events, and professional networks. Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies. Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate activity in the ATS. Complete pre-employment requirements, including references and background checks. Coordinate internal transfers, offers, and new employee orientation. Maintain accurate recruiting records and meet established recruitment metrics. What You'll Bring 3+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience , preferably in healthcare. Experience with full-cycle recruitment and candidate selection. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, HRIS, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) . Knowledge of federal and state employment laws related to hiring and recruitment. Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, maintain confidentiality, and work collaboratively. Healthcare recruiting experience and an associate degree or HR/recruiting certification are preferred. Why Andwell? Work Environment:
Primarily office-based, with travel to other Andwell locations as needed. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform occasional standing, walking, stairs, kneeling, and squatting required.
