Days and Holidays General:
Responsible to lead and direct branch activities to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations to maximize profits by performing the goals and expectations identified for multiple branch locations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Lead all activities to affect operational efficiency. Analyze and allocate branch financial statements to identify areas for improvement and continued growth. Supervision of all branch personnel as identified in the organization's Performance Management program (New Hire, 1:1 and Annual Evaluation). Manage and track progress of the FTOs established for the functions of responsibility. Work with sales team to coordinate the promotion of services to develop new markets, increase share of market, and obtain competitive position in industry. Conduct regularly scheduled branch meetings to facilitate communication between departments and keep personnel apprised of policy change and company focus. Oversee inventory needs and arrange for adequate stock levels. Implement and uphold the organization's policies and goals. Maintain records and receipts for petty cash transactions. Oversee the branch's completion of daily cash reports and inter-branch transfer forms. Coordinate delivery and repairs. Ensure the maintenance of records and the staff's adherence to all policies required by state and federal agencies as well as Joint Commission. Attend all staff meetings and educational training programs as directed by supervisor. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education:
College degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Physical Requirements:
Minimum 5 years management experience; health care preferred. Licensed Respiratory Therapy, helpful Understand reimbursement implications of industry changes. Demonstrated experience in supervisory practices and techniques. Excellent demonstrated experience in communication and customer relation skills. Demonstrated experience in interpersonal and organizational skills (a team player). Must be able to perform extensive driving as required for the position Must possess a valid driver's license
Pay:
$55,560.00 - $83,340.00 per year
