You are responsible for the team and the delivery of EXCELLENT and memorable customer service. You build relationships throughout the team and with customers in your region. How you show up You lead the branch in hitting its stated goals while following and coaching to the Company's Core Values. You are the problem-solver. Your team looks to you to resolve major customer issues and complaints. You understand you are part of the team that is B-Y, so you engage in monthly manager Traction meetings with your Regional Director, sharing input, insights, issues, etc. You make sure you do all you can to ensure your team members go home at night in the same condition or better than they arrived. You get to the bottom of any safety issues, accidents, violations, and you prepare appropriate reporting. You are proactive about safety issues that may arise. You participate in maintaining 24/7 coverage on rotation. You initiate great relationships with customers. You understand the value of great partnerships, and you make sure customers are taken care of. You engage in new things, special projects, and unusual situations where creativity is required or as requested. You know about opening orders, invoicing, receivables, cash handling, cycle counts, inventory, etc. You assist in all functions of counter and phone sales. You work to earn sales. You meet with current customers or develop new relationships. You d emonstrate how a relationship with B-Y will h elp that customer achieve their goals through products, sales, services, and training. You work with the Territory Manager and other B-Y team members in quoting, special deliveries, pricing, and others to serve branch customers. You maintain the appropriate inventory levels, mix, product, and special orders to best serve your customers. high school diploma or GED. Willingness to continuously learn and improve. Excellent communication skills displaying listening, professionalism, tactfulness, and empathy. Sales experience. You have practiced key sales skills and strategies. You know what works. HVAC sales and technical and/or counter or warehouse experience preferred.
