Job Description:

The Branch Manager will deliver exceptional banking services to empower the businesses and community partners we serve. We are looking for an energetic an dynamic leader who can think on their feet, manage dynamic customer and employee relationships, execute a growth plan, oversee branch operations and provide excellent customer service.

Job Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent experience in banking, business, finance, accounting or related field. 3 years of supervisory experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience in a supervisory capacity. Thorough knowledge of bank operations, products, and services as well as bank compliance and regulatory knowledge. Strong customer service, communication and supervisory skills.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit and/or stand for up to 40 hours per week or more. Must be able to repeatedly bend, twist, kneel/squat and reach overhead Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs. Must be able to push/pull up to 20 lbs.

Hours:

Position is full-time; Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm The bank is not open on weekends
