Job Description
Lead the Team. Run the Operation. Own the Outcome. Most branch manager roles report up to a corporate hierarchy. This one reports to twin brothers who grew up in the business and still answer the phone. The team averages five years of tenure and knows the work. Your job is to lead them well, support what's working, and find the next level of performance together. Operations Leadership Run day-to-day warehouse operations including inventory, receiving, fulfillment, and logistics Ensure orders are picked, packed, and delivered accurately and on time Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient facility Service Division Oversight Oversee service operations, scheduling, and field execution Ensure technicians are equipped, trained, and delivering quality work Drive consistency, productivity, and customer satisfaction across every job Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6-10 across warehouse and service Hire, train, and hold the team accountable to clear standards Build a culture of safety, accountability, and pride in the work Customer Experience Represent United Air Filter professionally in customer interactions, escalations, and on-site situations Resolve operational issues quickly and keep customers informed Partner with the business developer and sales team to support key accounts and deliver on customer commitments Performance & Growth Identify and execute on improvements that move the needle Partner with leadership on planning, forecasting, and growth initiatives You bring : 5-8 years of progressive operations or branch management experience Direct people management experience (required): a track record of leading, developing, and holding teams accountable Strong operational instincts, comfortable in a warehouse, on a service call, and in a leadership meeting Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through A lead-from-the-front mindset Bonus points for experience in: Air filtration, HVAC, industrial distribution, or technical B2B Service/field operations leadership Warehouse and inventory management Customer-facing or account management roles Why This Role Is Different Real ownership of a branch and a team, not just a slot in the org chart Direct access to leadership and a voice in how we grow Long-term career growth as the company scales A values-driven, family-owned culture that respects work/life balance
