Role Description The Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Charlotte, NC, responsible for overseeing daily branch operations and ensuring a high standard of customer service. This role includes managing staff scheduling and performance, supervising order processing, inventory control, and product distribution, and coordinating with vendors and internal departments to maintain adequate stock levels. The Branch Manager will handle key client accounts, resolve escalated service issues, and support sales initiatives through accurate quotations, product recommendations, and local marketing efforts. The position also involves monitoring branch financial performance, implementing process improvements, maintaining a safe and organized facility, and mentoring team members to support professional growth. Qualifications Experience in branch management retail, distribution, wholesale. Solid customer service, sales, and relationship management skills, with the ability to handle escalations and maintain client satisfaction. Basic knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and order fulfillment processes. Comfort with using business software, such as ERP systems, CRM tools, and common office applications. Clear written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational abilities. Experience with audio/video, security, lighting, or data products is preferred but not required. High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field is beneficial. Ability to work on-site North Carolina or South Carolina.
