This position will also be responsible for the Myrtle Beach branch. Fireside Hearth & Home is the world's largest and leading fireplace installing distributor and retail dealer in North America and a subsidiary of Hearth & Home Technologies - the largest manufacturer of fireplace products and an HNI Corporation operating company. Responsibilities Lead and support Division Field Operations Supervisor (DFOS), customer service, and warehouse teams, including daily oversight, coaching, training, and performance management. Foster strong collaboration between branch, hub, and sales teams. Manage working capital by overseeing inventory, conducting quarterly audits, and resolving A/R issues. Drive branch financial performance through labor management, capacity planning, and control of G&A expenses. Coordinate installation and service schedules to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction. Provide field support to DFOS and Service Technicians throughout the preview and post‑view process. Manage branch cash handling, including issuing checks, deposits, reconciliation, and reporting. Handle retail walk‑in sales of Hearth products, services, and accessories. Required Qualifications Candidates should possess good verbal and written communication skills. Can build relationships with internal and external customers. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail Problem-solving capabilities and excellent customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations-related or construction related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience
