In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring daily branch operations run smoothly and efficiently while planning for the future at the same time. You'll work closely with our Service Managers, Office Manager, and sales team to make sure everyone is aligned in hitting their numbers and growing in their roles. This means conducting regular one-on-ones, monitoring KPIs, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, and stepping in when a team member needs extra support or a customer situation needs a higher level of attention. Beyond day-to-day management, you'll play an active role in hiring, onboarding, and developing your team. You'll participate in leadership meetings, analyze reports and data to identify opportunities for improvement, and work closely with ownership to ensure the branch is operating at a high level.   • Lead and manage the branch team including Service Managers, Office Manager, and sales staff
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics across the branch and use data to guide coaching and operational decisions
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones with direct reports and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and support retention efforts
  • Oversee hiring and onboarding of new team members
  • Ensure daily operations run efficiently and the schedule is full well in advance
  • Participate in leadership meetings and report on branch performance
  • Analyze data and reports to identify opportunities to improve processes and drive growth
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and key accounts
  • Ensure company vehicles and equipment are properly serviced and maintained
  • Implement and uphold company policies and standards across the branch Requirements
  • Three to five years of leadership experience in pest control, home services, or a related field service industry
  • Proven track record of managing teams, hitting performance targets, and driving growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to develop others
  • Comfortable analyzing data and using KPIs to guide decisions
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and plan ahead
  • Experience with CRM systems and scheduling software
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required pest control licensing
