Overview Big Horn Supply, a family-owned company in the pipeline supply industry, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our team and oversee operations at our branch. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in business development, project management, and sales. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth, improving processes, and ensuring profitability while maintaining high standards of customer service. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth. Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to enhance performance and foster a positive work environment. Manage branch budgets, including profit loss analysis, to ensure financial health. Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance operational efficiency. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote business development. Oversee project management initiatives within the branch to meet deadlines and quality standards. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. Communicate results and concerns with the Owners of the company. Experience Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a similar industry. Strong background in business development with demonstrated success in sales. Experience in project management with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in strategic planning and execution to achieve organizational goals. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
