BRANCH OPERATIONS MANAGER

Parks Distributing is a locally owned and family run company that has been in business for over 40 years. We rely on a small team to provide high value products and service. Parks Distributing provides bar and restaurant supplies to the Oklahoma City metro, Tulsa, and surrounding areas. Our main product line includes bag-in-box and bottled syrups and juices, speed gun (soda gun) sales and services, glass and plastic drinkware, bartender tools and supplies, janitorial and paper products, and various disposable drink supplies. We offer delivery service to provide additional value to our customers. Parks is seeking a Branch Operations Manager for our Tulsa branch. This full-time position is scheduled 9AM-5PM, Monday-Friday. Starting pay target is $20/hr. based on experience but may be adjusted based on candidate's needs and capabilities. Growth opportunities exist for the right candidate. Responsibilities of this position include (but are not limited to): 1. Providing excellent customer service via phone, text, or in-person 2. Compiling daily sales and monthly close reports 3. In-house sales activities (customer call lists, new customer cold calls, texts, etc.) 4. Maintaining warehouse and inventory levels 5. Receiving and processing payments through QuickBooks 6. Maintaining a Parks Distributing social media presence 7. Occasional forklift operations 8. Manages one employee (delivery driver) 9. Overall facility responsibility 10. Other duties as assigned Requirements of this position include: 1. High school diploma (or equivalent) 2. Fluent in English 3. Clean driving record and reliable transportation 4. Ability to lift 40 pounds repeatedly 5. Be comfortable in both office and warehouse (non-environmentally controlled) environments 6. Windows-based computer skills, including Microsoft Office 7. Ability to pass drug test for occasional fork-lift operation
