As our next Entry Level Assistant Manager, you will oversee your own corner of this expansion, connecting with our customers in person and demonstrating why fiber internet and premium television are not futuristic luxuries but basic expectations in a civilized household. As an Entry Level Assistant Manager, you'll discover that sales and leadership are mostly about showing up and knowing what you're talking about. Your training starts with the assumption that you know nothing, and we mean that as a compliment. The Entry Level Assistant Manager masters Fios through hands-on coaching covering team leadership, administration, and sales. Core Functions of the Entry Level Assistant Manager Support the sales team by actively engaging with customers in person, promoting Verizon's superior internet and entertainment solutions Assist in identifying customer needs in person through sales conversations and recommend tailored Fios packages that enhance their lifestyle. Facilitate the in-person sales process by providing clear guidance and ensuring a smooth transition for new Verizon Fios customers. Contribute to achieving sales targets by leveraging in-person engagement to highlight Verizon Fios's advantages in speed, reliability, and service quality. Collaborate with Entry Level Assistant Managers to develop strategies to expand Verizon Fios's market reach through in-person sales outreach. Promote additional Verizon services and upgrades during in-person interactions to maximize customer value and increase overall revenue.
