A Banking Branch Manager manages operations and business at a bank branch office, or at the local office of a financial institution such as a brokerage or investment firm. Supervises branch staff, monitors customer accounts, loans or investment activities and security at the branch. Maintains communication with other branch managers and central or executive management. May direct local marketing promotions or participate in community events.
Overview Amazing Blades Landscaping is looking for an experienced, driven Branch Manager to lead daily operations, manage field crews, and build strong relationships with commercial and residential clients. You will oversee crew routing, quality control, customer account retention, upsells, and team development.
Responsibilities Team & Operations Leadership:
Train, coach, and discipline field personnel, crew leaders, and technicians on a ongoing basis.
Daily Management:
Prepare and review daily schedules/routes, manage crew checkout/check-in, log daily job costing, and ensure equipment is maintained.
Client & Account Relations:
Manage residential and commercial accounts, conduct property inspections, deliver proposals, resolve customer concerns within 24 hours, and upsell landscape solutions.
Meetings:
Attend all safety/training meetings and production meetings. Attend meetings with customers for estimates, complaints, etc.
Project Oversight:
Coordinate materials, equipment, and execution for one-time projects like sod, mulch, and landscaping installs. Maintain good communication with office staff to ensure client satisfaction. Reports to president of the company
Requirements Experience:
1-3 years of landscaping and at least 1 year of leadership/supervisory experience. Proven management experience within landscaping industries, including supervising teams. Strong skills in negotiation and training & development.
Technical Skills:
Advanced knowledge of landscape software preferred.
Licensing:
Valid driver's license. Must obtain a 3 year driving record from the State DMV or website. No major moving violations or at fault accidents allowed.
Physical Capabilities:
Ability to lift/carry 50+ lbs, carry 23 lbs on back for 2+ hours, walk 3+ miles daily, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
