Pest Control Service Manager

U.S. Pest Protection has served Middle Tennessee for decades, building a reputation for operational discipline and technical excellence in pest, termite, and moisture services. We're growing — significantly — and we're looking for a Service Manager who wants to grow with us. This role is for the operator who takes pride in the details: clean route sheets, well-trained technicians, accurate inspections, and customers who renew because the work was done right the first time. What You'll Own Daily service operations across residential accounts, with accountability for treatment quality, callback rates, and on-time performance Technician development — coaching, ride-alongs, technical training, and building the bench as we add routes Route optimization and scheduling to maximize productive stops per day without sacrificing service standards Customer retention through thorough inspections, clear communication, and follow-through on every commitment Partnership with the General Manager on hiring, capacity planning, and the operational systems that support our growth What We're Looking For Demonstrated experience managing pest control technicians or a service-based field team A track record of running a tight operation: low callbacks, high renewal rates, organized documentation Comfort with route management software, inspection reporting, and the kind of paperwork that protects both the customer and the company A leader who develops people rather than simply assigning them work Base salary of $55,000-$70,000, calibrated to your experience and credentials Performance bonuses tied to service quality, retention, and team metrics Company vehicle, fuel card, and smartphone 401(k) with company match Paid holidays and vacation Health benefits package A genuine path to General Manager or branch leadership as we expand Why U.S. Pest We're family-owned, financially stable, and in a deliberate growth phase.
