For the first time, a global manufacturer and distributor of HVAC equipment and materials is moving into the Dallas area to make "Air Conditioning Affordable." Candidate must have 5+ years of HVAC wholesale experience, takes initiative, drive sales and provide exceptional customer service. AAA is a privately owned company that distributes our own residential and commercial equipment. AAA is looking for a true leader in the wholesale space that has the confidence and ambition to grow with a global leader in the HVAC industry. The Branch Manager will drive sales, handle purchasing and operations at our Dallas branch. The position will offer a salary + commission based off store performance. Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the financial performance of the wholesale store New business development (prospecting, quantifying opportunities, communicating with clientele) Mentor and train new associates on company policies and procedures Financial Management and review of customer invoices to confirm billing and accounts receivable. Provide weekly financial reports and review of sales production Oversee inventory management, as well as ordering from vendors and suppliers to ensure adequate supply Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and participating in industry events Provide excellent customer service and support to customer questions/calls Job Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC distribution, management, sales, or equivalent combination of education and experience High School Diploma Valid Driver's License Proven performance in the HVAC industry and strong knowledge of HVAC products Strong sales acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

College or Technical Degree in a relevant field Competency of inventory management procedures, including procurement, shipping, and forecasting

Compensation:

Plus Yearly Bonus/Commissions Job Type:

$70,000.00 - $86,000.00 per year
