INJURY PARALEGAL

Mavani Hernandez Law Firm is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team full-time and in person at our Carrollton, Texas office. This is NOT a remote position. If you are specifically looking for remote work, please do not apply. We are looking for someone who already has personal injury experience, is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and understands the demands of working in a busy PI practice. You should be comfortable handling case files, opening up claims, communicating with clients and insurance companies, requesting and reviewing records, assisting with demands and litigation, and keeping cases moving forward. Ideally this person will have pre litigation and litigation experience. Bilingual Spanish is a plus! More importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career with our firm. We are not looking for someone who plans to job-hop every year. We want a dedicated team member who is interested in growing with the firm, taking on additional responsibility, developing professionally, and advancing as the firm continues to grow.
