We are currently seeking a full-time Assistant Branch Manager to join our dynamic team.
POSITION
PURPOSEThe Assistant Branch Manager is a key leader responsible for driving a consultative, digital-first banking experience relationship with members while supervising employees. This role blends financial consultative expertise with people leadership, ensuring exceptional service, deepening member relationships, and fostering a high-performing team culture. With a focus on digital transformation, this position leverages in-branch and virtual tools to engage members, promote financial wellness, and drive the adoption of digital banking solutions. Additionally, the role plays a critical part in coaching, developing, and supporting employees to ensure their success.
Education/Certification:
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field preferred or commensurate professional experience.
Experience:
Five (5) plus years of hands-on experience in financial services, banking, or member relationship management.

Three (3) plus years of leadership experience with a strong focus on coaching and team development.

Strong understanding of financial consultative services, lending, and digital banking solutions. All offers for employment with InTouch Credit Union are contingent upon the candidate completing a credit check, pre-employment drug screen and the submission of fingerprints in accordance with state and federal law.
