Job Summary:
The branch manager will lead daily office operations, business development, recruiting activities, and team performance for the Arlington location. This role is responsible for building client relationships, overseeing staffing operations, and supporting long-term branch growth.
Duties:
Establish the physical and operational infrastructure of the office Recruit, hire, and train new staff Engage in client acquisition, sales activities, and relationship management Oversee recruiting operations, candidate pipelines, and placement activity Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality in all processes Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation Ensure office activities comply with legal and corporate standards Implement best practices in human resources and operational management

Qualifications:
5 years of staffing experience 3 years of management experience 3 years of customer relationship management experience Previous staffing, recruiting, and sales experience Proven ability to develop new business and manage client relationships Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM, and ATS Strong typing and writing skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Strong multitasking and organizational capabilities Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
