Job Summary KP Staffing is seeking a driven, experienced, and people-focused branch manager to lead our Orlando office This role offers a unique opportunity to build and grow an emerging market with strong long-term potential The branch manager will oversee daily operations, grow client partnerships, develop a high-performing team, and ensure the branch reflects KP Staffing's core values of transparency, empowerment, and improvement This is an ideal opportunity for a staffing professional who thrives in leadership, business development, and operational excellence Set up and maintain the physical and operational infrastructure for the Orlando office, ensuring all systems, resources, and processes are in place for successful daily operations Oversee branch budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to drive productivity and profitability Ensure all processes comply with internal SOPs, legal requirements, and best practices in staffing and HR operations Monitor workflow, performance metrics, and quality standards to ensure operational excellence Recruit, hire, train, and develop branch staff, fostering a strong team culture aligned with KP Staffing's values Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to ensure employee growth and branch success Lead by example with high professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement Actively pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, relationship building, and community engagement Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and long-term partnership success Collaborate with internal teams to support staffing fulfillment and maintain strong client satisfaction Develop strategies to expand the branch's market presence and achieve revenue goals Ensure branch operations adhere to KP Staffing's SOPs, safety guidelines, and legal requirements Implement and reinforce best practices in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and client management Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and system updates to support compliance and operational standards Pay $50,000 - $65,000 per year, DOE Job Details Previous staffing industry experience is required Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, CRM/ATS systems, typing, documentation, and email communication Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build strong client and candidate relationships Highly organized and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate, coach, and support a team Collaborative mindset with a desire to contribute to a motivated, growth-driven team environment Medical Insurance (approximately 75% covered by the company) Dental, Vision, and Health Insurance 401(k) + Company Match Competitive Base Pay Annual Performance Bonuses PTO Policy Paid Sick Leave 8 Paid Holidays Cell Phone Reimbursement Commission
