The Storage Place is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Relief Manager to support operations at our self-storage facilities in Corpus Christi and Portland TX. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. As a Relief Manager, you will help oversee daily facility operations, assist customers with rentals and account needs, maintain a clean and secure property, and support the overall success of the locations. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team. ### What You'll Do

• Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective tenants
• Assist customers with rentals, payments, move-ins, and move-outs
• Manage day-to-day facility operations and follow company procedures
• Payment processing accurately
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized property
• Support sales goals through professional communication and follow-up
• Assist with staff training and team development
• Conduct basic administrative and office tasks ### What We're Looking For
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
• Reliable work history and strong attendance
• Friendly, professional communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work both independently and with a team
