Branch Manager Job Description 40-hour+ work week providing the key leadership role on the branch level and assuring customer service and satisfaction whereby optimizing company production and revenue by responsibly maintaining order and accountability in daily operations. Working alongside the Service Manager in assisting staffing needs and providing coverage as needed.

Tasks include:

Enforcing and ensuring state regulatory compliance, Interfacing with customers, technicians, and customer service representatives, enhancing profitability and growth of branch through daily operations, account retention, and support. Training new hires and maintaining inner office work flow and safety protocols. Positively interact with team members, managing branch personnel as required to assure job instructions and daily routes are well defined and communicated to all parties involved. Communicate employee evaluations to individual team members. Regular communication with team members and supervisors to address concerns & questions regarding branch operations and functions. Accountability for maintaining staffed office and associated managerial duties of direct reports.

Requirements :

Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written and Verbal Valid Louisiana or Texas Driver License Background Check and Drug Testing Required Frequent Physical Exertion such as: bending, kneeling, stretching, & carrying up to 50lbs. Ability to Work Independently with Minimal Supervision Analytical and Organizational Skills Knowledge of PestPac, Paylocity, and Google Products is Preferred Pest and Termite Field Experience is

Tidy grooming habits required. Limited facial hair restricted according to OSHA respirator guidelines for safe use. Adherence to company dress policy and company issued uniform program guidelines as laid out in employee handbook.
