The Branch Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction, leading warehouse teams, maintaining financial performance, and supporting the continued growth of AWM Fulfillment's national fulfillment network. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and can balance people leadership, process improvement, customer service, and business development.

Up to 10% as required Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Direct all day-to-day warehouse and fulfillment operations. Ensure accurate receiving, inventory control, order processing, pick/pack, shipping, and returns management. Maintain productivity standards while achieving service-level agreements (SLAs). Develop and implement operational processes that improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Lead daily operational meetings and performance reviews. Team Management Recruit, train, develop, and manage warehouse supervisors, leads, administrative staff, drivers, and warehouse associates. Establish accountability through coaching, performance management, and employee development programs. Foster a positive, safety-focused, customer-centric culture. Ensure compliance with company policies and workforce regulations. Financial Performance Manage branch operating budgets and expenses. Monitor labor utilization, productivity metrics, transportation costs, and facility expenses. Identify opportunities to increase profitability through operational efficiencies. Support monthly and annual financial planning efforts. Customer & Client Relations Serve as the primary operational contact for key customers within the branch. Conduct regular customer reviews and maintain strong client relationships. Resolve escalated service issues and implement corrective actions when necessary. Support new customer onboarding and operational implementation activities. Inventory Management Ensure inventory accuracy and compliance through cycle counts and physical inventories. Monitor inventory integrity and establish corrective actions when discrepancies occur. Maintain proper warehouse organization and inventory control procedures. Safety & Compliance Promote a safety-first workplace culture. Ensure OSHA compliance and adherence to all safety regulations. Conduct routine facility inspections and safety meetings. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses while implementing preventative measures. Business Growth Support Partner with executive leadership on branch expansion initiatives. Assist with facility startups, new service offerings, and customer growth opportunities. Participate in sales presentations and customer site visits when required. Identify operational solutions that support company growth objectives. Performance Management Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including: Order accuracy On-time shipment performance Inventory accuracy Labor productivity Customer satisfaction Safety performance Cost-per-order metrics Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Minimum 5 years of warehouse leadership experience. Minimum 3 years managing supervisors and large operational teams. Experience overseeing fulfillment, logistics, or distribution center operations. Strong financial and operational analysis skills. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools. Preferred Multi-client 3PL experience. Experience managing e-commerce fulfillment operations. Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement training. Experience with transportation and freight management. Forklift certification or operational equipment knowledge.
