Oversee all aspects of branch operations to ensure profitable growth, exceptional customer service, employee development, and efficient production of water mitigation, mold remediation, and sewage cleanup services. Job Responsibilities Operations Management Direct daily branch operations, including water mitigation, mold remediation, and sewage cleanup jobs. Ensure all jobs are completed according to company standards, IICRC guidelines, and applicable regulations. Monitor project statuses, daily schedule and project timelines. Manage emergency response readiness by creating after-hours/weekend on-call schedules. Review job progress and promptly resolve operational issues. Financial Performance Maintain branch profitability by controlling labor, material, equipment, and overhead costs. Monitor revenue, gross profit margins, job costing, and branch performance metrics. Monitor and settle job site damage claims. Ensure timely collections of outstanding accounts receivable. Sales & Business Development Assist Business Development Team in maintaining relationships with plumbers, contractors, and other referral partners. Monitor sales performance and conversion rates. Team Leadership Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining employees. Identify reoccurring issues and mentor, coach employees as needed. Establish accountability and ensure expectations from team members are met. Set and build a culture focused on teamwork, professionalism, and customer service. Address employee concerns, disciplinary matters, and performance issues. Customer Service Ensure customers receive excellent service throughout the project lifecycle. Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and escalated issues. Monitor customer satisfaction scores and online reviews. Maintain communication with clients, insurance carriers, and referral partners as needed. Compliance & Safety Maintain proper documentation and records for all projects from Chesapeake location. Verify technician compliance with established safety procedures, uniforms, and PPE. Ensure company vehicles, equipment, and facilities are maintained properly. Estimating & Quality Control Review estimates for accuracy and profitability. Ensure proper documentation is completed on jobs; to include moisture logs, photos, and measurements. Conduct quality assurance inspections on active and completed projects if a problem is identified. Equipment & Asset Management Oversee/schedule maintenance of vehicles. Oversee/schedule maintenance of company equipment. Monitor equipment utilization and readiness. Oversee/replenish supplies inventory. Ensure proper cleaning, storage, and tracking of company assets. To include vehicles, equipment, supply inventory, and any other company asset. Reporting & Administration Review branch KPIs, including: Revenue Gross profit Closing percentage Average job value Job site damage costs Prepare and submit required reports to company leadership as requested. Complete other duties and special projects as assigned. Strong leadership and team management skills, with prior experience. Financial management experience. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Competitive compensation package. Pay range is an example though qualified, selected individual will receive monetary compensation commensurate with experience.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
