A Career Where Leadership Meets the Outdoors If you love building teams, owning a P&L, and seeing trucks roll out on time to serve customers, this role is built for you. At All Natural Tree Experts, our General Manager runs the entire local operation. You lead the team, drive sales and profitability, uphold our core values (Competitive Greatness, Leave It Better, Lead With Christ), and grow a branch you're proud to put your name on. This is not a desk‑only job. You'll balance office work with field time, riding with crews, supporting sales, and tightening execution. What Makes This Role Different You own the full branch P&L and growth targets. You lead a tight team, not a bloated bureaucracy.
Clear scorecard:
daily, weekly, monthly KPIs. Annual salary $80,000-$105,000 with Bonuses Direct access to the owner and support team. Faith‑driven culture: we aim to lead with Christ in how we serve and treat people. What You'll Actually Do Lead the Team Recruit, hire, and develop climbers, grounds, drivers, and office staff.
