Retail Branch Manager Staunton, Waynesboro, Augusta CountyDuPont Community Credit Union (DCCU) is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Retail Branch Manager to join one of our Staunton, Waynesboro, Augusta County locations. If you have a passion for serving others to help them achieve their financial goals, then this may be the perfect position for you! What Youll have the Opportunity to do:
Aid in effectively managing the entire member experience upon visiting the branchConduct observation and coaching of staff Conduct financial transactions, open new accounts, and assist members with loansCommunicate and implement service strategies and techniques to foster greater member relationships and satisfaction and monitor the level of quality service to members through a versatile, well-trained, highly qualified, and highly motivated staffLead and conduct weekly staff meetings, Track and post weekly sales goals and resultsCoach and counsel staff on sales and service performanceProvide development opportunities for employeesFoster an engaging and inclusive work environmentGenerate new business by providing consultative approaches to matching retail products and services to existing members to include outbound calls to potential business members. What Youll Bring to the TableFour-year degree or equivalent work experience with a retail focused background, demonstrated leadership ability, and a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experienceStrong leadership, direction, and supervision to entire branch officePassion for building trusted relationships with staff and membersExcellent communication skillsStrong ability to assess needs, implement plans, and handle confidential informationStrong entrepreneurial spiritPassion for creating an exceptional service culture.
