Depends on Experience Step Into Leadership with Western Wyoming Beverages Western Wyoming Beverages is seeking a motivated, hands-on Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to support and grow our Jackson market. This role blends leadership, sales, and operations—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. What You'll Do Partner with the Branch Manager to lead and grow the Jackson soda market Step in to cover delivery and sales routes as needed Act as branch leader in the manager's absence Provide oversight and support to sales reps, merchandisers, and drivers Conduct market visits to build relationships and strengthen WWB's presence Ensure execution of pricing, promotions, and marketing programs Lead store resets and displays to maintain our "look of the leader" Assist with equipment installs and basic maintenance support Manage employee timekeeping and monitor overtime Identify opportunities to improve sales, operations, and efficiency What We're Looking For Strong leadership presence with a sales-driven mindset Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-motivated and adaptable across multiple responsibilities Excellent customer service and communication skills Comfortable with computers and operational systems Dependable team player willing to go above and beyond Preferred Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience 2-5 years of sales and/or management experience What the Job is Like A mix of leadership, field work, and operational support Time split between office, market visits, and warehouse Frequent interaction with customers and team members Fast-paced environment with variety day-to-day Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Benefits & Perks 401(k) with profit sharing Medical insurance Paid time off Paid training Discounted product Opportunities to participate in company and community events About Western Wyoming Beverages Western Wyoming Beverages is a family-owned and operated company serving Southwest Wyoming for over 40 years.
