Key Requirements:
Process vendor invoices, monitor plant expense reports, and reconcile accounts for parts, materials, and facility operationsCollect, organize, and prepare local, state, and federal tax data - including sales/use tax on industrial equipment, property taxes, and business licensesEnter daily financial transactions accurately into the plant's enterprise resource planning (ERP) or accounting softwarePerform routine reconciliations of general ledger accounts, bank statements, and vendor statementsGather financial records, invoices, and tax exemption certificates to assist internal and external auditorsHigh school diploma requiredAssociate degree in accounting, finance, or business is preferred1-3 years of general accounting or bookkeeping experience, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial settingStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computerized accounting softwareHigh attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and solid understanding of basic accounting principles
