Key Responsibilities Depending on experience and position assignment, responsibilities may include: Accounts payable, vendor payments, and banking activities Account reconciliations and month-end closing Fixed assets and Construction in Progress (CIP) Inventory, material, sales, and cost accounting Journal entries, accruals, and account analysis Tax compliance and audit support Budgeting, expense analysis, and management reporting Maintaining accurate accounting records and supporting documentation Working with other departments to resolve accounting-related matters Supporting process improvements and other Accounting projects Qualifications Accounting, finance, bookkeeping, accounts payable, banking, administrative, or manufacturing experience is a plus Degree or coursework in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is a plus, but not required Microsoft Excel experience preferred SAP, QuickBooks, or other accounting/ERP system experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage responsibilities and meet deadlines Ability to handle confidential information responsibly What We Value While accounting knowledge and experience are valuable, we also recognize that skills and systems can be learned.
