Responsibilities:
Job performance must reflect accuracy, reliability, punctuality and trustworthiness. Collect, process and issue receipts for utility payments received in person, by mail and drop box. Accurately count, record, and balance cash transactions and other monies received daily. Input and retrieve data from the computer system quickly and efficiently. Process eight billing cycles per month. Print usage reports based on abnormally high or low usage. Perform other tasks as assigned or required.
Qualifications:
Utility experience is desirable. Skills to communicate effectively in the English language. Bilingual communication in Spanish is desirable. Skills to understand and follow oral and written instructions. Good interpersonal skills while working with fellow employees and customers. Must be proficient in the operation of personal computers, peripheral office equipment such as printers, copiers, calculators and other office equipment. Education, Experience and other
